Dr. William R. (Rob) Sheppard is a Licensed Professional Counselor, and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. He has been counseling for over 25 years, fourteen of which have been in private practice. He holds a Doctorate of Ministry and a Masters of Marriage and Family Therapy. He also has a Bachelors and a Masters degree in theology. He has taught Psychology and Theology on the University level, and is presently an adjunct professor of Pychology. He is an associate member of the staff at Huguley Memorial Hospital.
